FLIER’S TAKES PORTABLE EXCHANGE DEIONIZATION SERVICE SERIOUSLY.

Flier’s operates Michigan’s largest Deionized (DI) Portable Exchange DI (PEDI) tanks service. We are 510K certified and operate our DI resin regeneration facility according of FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations. We only use the very best resins, and we test them for quality each and every month. This ensures that the high purity deionized water produced by our exchange tanks is consistently produced and controlled according to stringent quality standards.

DI RESIN REGENERATION QUALITY ASSURANCE

Flier’s only uses premium ion exchange resins to ensure consistent purification performance. Each run of ion exchange resin is baseline lab tested multiple times throughout the regeneration process for both quality of effluent and throughput capacity. This rigorous testing guarantees the proper water quality and predictable run length.

Our customers are always or #1 priority. We make sure they get exactly what they need and when they need it. We even offer same day service when applicable, and are able to respond 24/7 to emergencies.

PROGRAM OPTIONS

Our customers have the option to drop off their DI tanks and pick-up freshly regenerated tanks, or we provide a hassle-free Service Exchange Program. Our own service technicians will remove the exhausted tanks onsite and replace them with freshly regenerated tanks. All of this equipment, ion exchange resins, DI resin regeneration, maintenance and repair is provided by Flier’s. We not only provide this service for all of our own system installations, but also for any other systems installed by other providers.
